New charging station funded through Wisconsin’s WEVI program expands clean transportation access along key state corridor
MENASHA, Wis. — Zero 60™, a national electric vehicle (EV) charge point operator (CPO) brand, is expanding its footprint in Wisconsin with Culver’s®, the iconic Wisconsin restaurant chain, bringing a fast, renewable EV charging station to Rhinelander. Founded by Faith Technologies Incorporated™ (FTI), a leader in distributed energy and eMobility charging solutions, Zero 60 is committed to delivering sustainable, reliable and accessible EV charging.
Located along a state-designated Alternative Fuel Corridor, the new charging station at Culver’s at 620 W. Kemp St. in Rhinelander will feature four high-speed charging ports capable of delivering up to 160 kilowatts per vehicle simultaneously.

This infrastructure is made possible through an award from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), part of the state’s first round of funding through the Wisconsin Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (WEVI) program.
“Partnering with a well-known brand like Culver’s gives us a unique opportunity to combine Midwest hospitality with clean, convenient charging,” said Wade Leipold, executive vice president of FTI. “We’re proud to support Wisconsin’s efforts to build a robust, future-ready charging network that serves communities and travelers alike.”
Zero6 Energy, a leader in clean energy development and investment, will finance, own and operate the station. FTI will engineer, design, develop, install and commission the site. Following installation, FTI’s service team will provide ongoing maintenance to ensure station reliability and maximize uptime for Wisconsin drivers and many others visiting the area.
This installation marks another milestone in Zero 60’s mission to build a nationwide network of seamless, renewable EV charging at high-traffic destinations such as quick-service restaurants, hotels and retail stores, many of them household names.
Zero 60 currently has nine live charging sites with plans to develop many more charging sites across the U.S. The first wave of EV charging stations were installed in New York, California, Colorado and Wisconsin with several more being developed in other states.
